Someone usually responds within 12 hours depending on the nature of the
question, the amount of information you're able to provide, and if the
question hasn't already been answered in a similar post. We no longer take support
questions through our email form about games! The ultimate answer for any
support question you might have about a game is to contact the
creators of the game (or creators of the cheat/walkthrough/trainer
that you're using).
Please remember that we are not the creators of any of these games, and only
offer help based on our own experiences. This is a community service/archive for
your own benefits. Its also a great place to discuss the latest cheats,
trainers, bots, reviews, game trailers, and programs that you've found or have
