Rune Word Info
Some rune words will give you the ability to cast spells or allow passive skills
from other characters to enhance your abilities. note the benefits that can be
gained from such things as this. ie, a barbarian using a strong passive skill
from a paladin. Currently only 1.10 rune words and realm specific rune
words can do things such as this. Some new spells such as delirium can
morph you into one of the monsters and you can use their attacks.
Rune Word Rules
- Magical bonuses on runes are added in addition to the
rune word after socketing.
- Socketed items must have the EXACT number of sockets
required by the rune word or they wont work.
- The correct type of item must be used or the rune word
will not work either.
- Run words only work in non-magical
items...so dont try them in unique, magic, set, or quest items, you
will only gain the runes given ability.
- The correct Runes for a formula must be used. If one of
the Runes is wrong you receive the bonuses of the Runes
inserted but it does not become a Rune Word.
- The order in which the runes are placed is VERY
important. Make sure you drop them into the item in
the order given. Just like you wouldn't say "Rune Words" as
